Nothing is more annoying to me than an incomplete car. I like everything to be in its place. I was looking at the toolkit on the BMW and has some missing tools so I went ahead and got those. Also ordered an OEM First Aid kit to go in the designated spot in the trunk of my BMW.

I beat winter!!
Having had big plans for my new ride, I did not anticipate the slew of winter weather we are experiencing here in North Texas. Luckily our weather has warmed up and I was able to finish the detailing as well as add some cosmetic mods.
Enjoy!
Here is what I used for detailing:
1. Meguiars clay bar
2. Rupes gloss coarse gel. To remove scratches. (using rupes duetto)
3. Wolfgang Spritz sealant
4. Wolfgang Fusion Carnauba Wax
Cosmetic Mod list:
1. Flat Black front grills.
2. Colored front reflectors.
Functionality upgrade:
1. Upgraded navigation to BMW North America 2014 Maps

It's Here!
So I picked up a 2011 E90 sedan. I will use this Blog to document all the mods and work I do on this car. ( Just like I am doing over at www.mroadsters.com) To start I gave the car an interior detail. I steam cleaned the interior and did an exterior hand wash. Currently I am tackling the exterior which seems just a seriously neglected (believe it or not). So here are the steps:
1. Hand Wash (done)
2. Scrub the car down with Meguiars body solvent (done)
3. Clay Bar the whole car (done)
4. Paint correction (using Rupes Duetto and compound) (in progress)
5. Apply paint sealer (Wolfgang Sealant)
6. Apply Wax (Wolfgang Fuzion)
This is a work in progress and I will post pic of the finished product once I am done.
